Team Leader - Collections Account - Cebu

TASQ Staffing Solutions is looking for a team lead for a Collections Account to work on site in Cebu City.

Shift Schedule: Rotating (5 days per week, 9-hour shift with lunch break)

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Operations Supervisor in Collections within the BPO industry
Completed at least 2 years of college education without any outstanding subjects
Possession of Transcript of Records (TOR) or report of grades

Inspiring and motivating team members.
Cultivating a positive communication atmosphere.
Providing training to team members.
Developing strategies and monitoring their implementation.
Exhibiting excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and delegation abilities.
