Educational Requirement:

?Atleast 2nd year College undergraduate
?Vocational Diploma (2yrs.)
?Associate's Degree (2yrs.)
?College Graduate

Work Experience:

?Team Lead exp for 3-5yrs. in a bpo setting
? with Travel account exp preferably
? Can consider exposure from telco, sales, technical, helpdesk account (complex accounts in a pure voice environment)
? No healthcare, domestic accounts
? with people management and good communication skills
