- Must be a College Graduate in any course.
- 2 years of Team Lead experience in BPO setup.
- Must have blended account experience (Voice and Non-Voice)
- Must have sales background experience
- Amenable to working onsite in Pasig and Taguig
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
