Work Experience:

Team Lead exp for 3-5yrs.
in a BPO setting

With Travel account exp preferably
3.
Can consider exposure from telco, sales, technical, and helpdesk accounts (complex accounts in a pure voice environment)
5.
With people management and good communication skills
