Job Description: Ensure monitoring of agent performance, strength and weaknesses in call handling.Develop team members to achieve goals.Handle escalated customer calls.Contribute to the overall effort of the team by improving the overall performance scores of team members.Monitor/work on tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or as mandated by the client.Adapt to change and work in a fast paced environment at the highest level of quality.Solve problems and implement solutions.Closely work with other Team Leaders in day-to-day operations.Preparation of report as mandated by immediate supervisor and/or the client.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not requiredAt least 1 year supervisory experience is a MUSTWilling to work onsite in Davao City
