Team Lead Health And Benefits Pharmacy

Responsibilities:

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of pharmacy benefits professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their pharmacy benefit needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize pharmacy benefit programs, improve client satisfaction, and drive business growth.
Provide expert advice on pharmacy benefit management, including plan design, cost containment strategies, and regulatory compliance.
Lead and coordinate complex pharmacy benefit projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Required Skills:

6+ years relevant experience (PBM)
5+ years Team Leader experience
Experienced leader with proven ability in managing service delivery teams will be preferred
Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management, implementing best practices
Project management experience required
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PPT, OneNote)
Stakeholder Management, managing and talking to stakeholders
Additional Notes:

This position will be working with global advisory, broking, and solutions company.
Working Set-up: Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
