This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Financial Reporting team. The Team Lead is responsible for supporting Kenvue's Finance Reporting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do Key Responsibilities : Support the team for all global activities including review and approval related to Financial Reporting, including preparation of financial statements, trial balances, and other close procedures. Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations. Supervise PG24 and PG23 analysts with the preparation of monthly and quarterly closings and financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Supports senior analysts with comprehensive research and analysis. Studies and recommends ways to automate or improve current financial reporting processes. Ensures monthly and quarterly closing are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Supports in the review and approval of reports and applicable submissions. Responsible for overseeing close status,coordination reporting for CFMs, creating financial reporting submissions andclose packages in partnership with the Financial Reporting Team. This team partners with the CFM and the A2R processes to ensure efficient delivery of relevant reports to help ensure compliant and timely reporting. To ensure that interfaces between systems are accurate and complete. Focus is on source to target reconciliations and resolving with stakeholders IT and Master data issues and ensuring that unresolved issues at quarter end are appropriately accounted for. Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies. Prepares ad hoc analyses and presentations as needed. Other tasks that may be delegated by the Senior Team Lead Compliance: Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership. Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve "adequate" internal and external audit ratings. Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications : A minimum of a bachelor's level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance. At least 4 years of experience in Financial Reporting department At least 1 year of Management / Supervisory experience is required Experience in SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft Tools Fluent English, other language skills desirable Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
