Efficient and effective management, organization, motivation and training of employees and supervision of the work in the Customer Reporting Team.
Ensure that all processes / services within scope are performed with the highest possible (data) quality, correctness, efficiency and within the agreed timeframe.
Further, it is her / his responsibility to develop the awareness and encourage optimization, automation and efficient thinking in the employees performing the assigned tasks.
Tasks and responsibilities: Overall responsibility for team managementEfficient Management of employees – including hiring, motivating, couching, training, employee development and overseeing, etc.Planning and coordination of tasks related to implementation of recruitment and efficient use of resourcesDevelopment of reporting tools enabling to follow the efficient usage of available resourcesFocus on continuous improvement, automation, optimization and efficiency increase within the teamDevelopment of department products offerMaking sure that the quality of service provided is always within the agreed limitsMake sure that processes are executed according to procedures and requirementsReport to stakeholders on regular and agreed timesEstablish and maintain good relationships with stakeholdersResponsibility for financial result of the teamOther tasks requested by the superiorCompliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company.Behaviors and attitudes consistent with DSV values.Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.Education and skills: University Graduate (transportation studies are preferable) or trained Forwarder - preferredEnglish language at least at a C1 levelIntermediate (or above) knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPointWork as a Process Leader/Process Specialist/Business Analyst, preferably in the transport industry.Team managementExperience in working with and analysis of large data sets and reportingDSV – Global Transport and Logistics DSV is a dynamic workplace that fosters inclusivity and diversity.
