Team Lead (Bpo) - Back Office Healthcare

Function specific roles and responsibilities: Reviewing session notes of providers  Communicating with providers via email and SMS. Monitoring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to standards within the team; provide constructive feedback and coaching. Resolving escalated issues or discrepancies, ensuring compliance and quality standards. Collaborating with other departments to address challenges and improvements Requirements At least 2 years BPO experience handling any healthcare campaign 6 months - 1 year Team lead / Supervisory experience ABA Experience is a plus, not a requirement Excellent verbal and written English skills Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift Benefits What can we offer you?
