Job Description:
As the Team Lead for our Auto Transport Broker team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our brokerage department, ensuring effective communication between clients, carriers, and team members. This role is ideal for those who are natural leaders and have a robust understanding of the auto transport industry, particularly in a brokerage environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of auto transport brokers.
- Ensure the team meets its sales targets and adheres to service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with clients and carriers, managing schedules, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, targets, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Speaking
- Proven experience as an Auto Transport Broker or in a similar role within the logistics sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client and team interactions.
- Ability to work during US business hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
