Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Lead & Manage: Oversee workflow, SLA management, and serve as the go-to contact for escalations, ensuring efficient and seamless loan processing.Team Support & Development: Act as the first point of contact for team queries on loan applications, broker accreditations, and valuations. Partner with the Team Leader to identify training needs and development opportunities.Performance Reporting: Regularly report to the Team Leader on team and individual achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.Operational Excellence: Drive the processing of mortgage loan applications from submission to settlement, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with brokers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and resolve outstanding issues.Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to best practices, disclosure requirements, and compliance standards, managing any breaches proactively.As a pivotal part of the team, you'll also have flexibility to take on additional tasks aligned with your interests and skills, making this a role full of potential for growth.
