Job description

Taxation - Overall in charge in the tax payments and submission of reports to the Bureau of Internal Revenue on a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Preparation, analysis, and submission of tax reports on time to the Bureau of Internal Revenue:

Annual preparation and submission of TIMTA

3.
Prepare journal entries for the monthly tax provision.
4.
Ensure that the tax accounts in Balance Sheet and P&L were properly reconciled on a monthly basis.
5.
Manage and coordinate the BIR audit

6.
Assist in the renewal of business permit with CDC and coordinate with BIR for tax matters.
7.
Reviewing and filling of contracts, permits, minutes of the meeting and other related corporate documents.
8.
Approval of Purchase Order, check item codes and withholding tax assigned.
9.
Other tasks as directed by immediate superior.
Job Specification and Qualification:
BS in Accountancy
At least 2 to 5 years' experience related to Tax and accounting functions.
