Tax Manager (With Franchising Background)

Educational Background:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
? NOTE: CPA certification is highly preferred.

Work Experience:
? At least 5 years of experience in taxation, bookkeeping, and government compliance.
? Previous experience handling multiple branches or franchises is a plus.

Technical Skills:
? Expertise in tax software and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) BETTER if autocount.
? Strong understanding of BIR, SEC, and LGU compliance requirements.
? Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis. Better if GOOGLE Workspace

Core Competencies:
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. - MOST important
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
