DescriptionManagement of the Company's tax requirements, as well as the Company's portfolio of tax clientsLead tax & regulatory compliance to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting. This shall include management & monitoring of tax compliance calendars.Provision & fulfillment of end-to-end tax reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisCoordination with the relevant government agencies for internal and client tax requirementsManagement of internal and client tax planning and compliance in relation to national and local government requirements, payroll, property, and other applicable taxesManagement, training and mentoring of junior tax staff membersBuilding & maintenance of relationships with corporate and individual tax clientsEvaluate the tax implications of transactions and develop strategies for tax optimizationPrepare, maintain, and streamline accurate and organized tax records, supporting documentation, and workpapers to facilitate audits and support the compliance processProvision of tax audit support both internally & to its clientsOther tax-related and administrative duties as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Taxation is required.Professional Licensed – CPAAt least 6-8 years of managerial experience in tax and has managerial experiencePrior work experience with the big four professional firms is an advantageWorking Location15th Floor, Acclime Philippines, 15th floor, W on Fifth, 5th Ave, Taguig, 1634 Metro Manila, Philippines
