Job DescriptionDescriptionOversee the preparation of accurate tax returns and financial statements, ensuring adherence to regulations.Advise on tax strategies and implications of business endeavors and corporate structuring.Stay updated with tax laws, guide cross-functional teams, and optimize tax benefits.Handle disputes, audits, and negotiations with tax authorities.Provide fiscal training and support for company personnel leveraging your knowledge of specific tax regulations.RequirementsMinimum of 2-3 years of solid experience in tax, preferably from Big 4 accounting firms or law firms specializing in tax.Experience handling entities or clients in the IT, real estate, and general service industries.Strong understanding of financial statements.Proven ability to provide tax advice.Capable of handling audit investigations with both the LGU and BIR.Experience in filing position papers, requests for rulings, and other related documents with government agencies.
