Tax And Financial Reporting Lead

Responsibilities: Owns all tax and other statutory reporting requirements for the entire Philippine organization, including but not limited to the following: EWT, VAT, GIT, FBT, FT, EZMPR, etc.Provides guidance on tax related matters to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.Ensures accuracy of financial reports monthly.Be the primary contact for the BIR for audit.Liaise with the respective accounting teams for reports and compliance.Completes monthly spend reports and dashboards for executive reporting.Any additional ad-hoc tasks assigned.Ideal Candidates Have: CPA is required.Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.Must have at least 5 years' experience, minimum 2 years in a reputable audit firm.Must have excellent communication skills.Knowledgeable of the following applications: Enterprise, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.NetSuite background is a huge advantage.Must have very strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.Must be able to complete tasks with minimum supervision.Ability to maintain good working relationships with vendors, co-employees and others.Willing to work in BGC on a MID to GY schedule.The Perks: Learning and Development Opportunities.Career Advancement Opportunities.Healthcare Benefits.Group Life Insurance.Tenure Based Benefits.Profit Sharing.Annual Performance Appraisal.Retirement Benefits.
