Duties and Responsibilities: Take ownership of specific integration and development tasks, contributing directly to project objectives and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.Assist in solution engineering activities, collaborating with senior team members to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet project requirements and objectives.Manage application configurations, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure the stability and reliability of technology systems and applications.Conduct testing activities, including test case execution, results analysis, and defect tracking, to validate the functionality and quality of technology solutions.Provide recommendations for improvement based on testing results, identifying opportunities to enhance performance, usability, and reliability.Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility to support knowledge sharing and transfer.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions that meet business needs and objectives.Participate in team meetings, discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions, sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practices to enhance team performance and effectiveness.What we are looking for: Strong technical skills and experience in technology integration, development, and troubleshooting, with a track record of successfully delivering technology solutions.Experience using contact centre technologies such as Genesys, Zendesk, CRM tools.Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results within established timelines and quality standards, with a focus on achieving project objectives and customer satisfaction.Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and senior team members to implement solutions effectively.Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, with experience in executing testing activities, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for improvement.Proficiency in documentation practices and tools, with the ability to create, maintain, and update project documentation to support project delivery and knowledge sharing.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to expand knowledge and skills in technology solution implementation and project delivery.
