Description – External The Talent Sourcing Partner is often a candidate's first contact with Schneider Electric and plays an important role in bringing top talent into the organization using various channels and tools to look for potential talents, engaging with talents, and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
You'll be focused on building deep relationships with the highly sought-after talent to support the rapid growth in our most strategic business segments. You'll partner closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABP), TA Leaders, and Hiring Managers on our go-to-market sourcing strategy and execution.
This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition based in Singapore (phase 1). You will work on projects across East Asia Japan and Pacific, source and engage candidates locally, regionally, and globally.
Your success will be determined by your ability to identify, engage, activate and nurture the best talents in the market to join Schneider Electric.

Extensive experience (minimum 3+ years) in a Non-Tech and/or Tech talent sourcing role gained in an RPO, In-House TA function, Agency and/or Exec Search firmA passion for talent sourcing to build, cultivate, and activate relationships with passive talentsDemonstrated experience sourcing (outbound) candidates locally, regionally, and globallyExperience in facilitating kickoff/discovery meetings with TABPs & Hiring Managers to gain a complete understanding of the search or projectExperience developing and executing sourcing plans and strategiesHighly knowledgeable in advanced sourcing tools (such as HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, Search Engines, Resume databases, ATS Search, Chrome extensions)Advanced Boolean Search techniques (such as x-ray search) and applying other open web search techniquesKnowledge in talent mapping, uncovering talent insights, and sharing recommendationsSolid verbal and written communication skillsAbility to engage passive candidates to elicit their career aspirations/decision criteria to change rolesAbility to craft and present a compelling story for considering Schneider Electric as the candidates' next career destinationEffective time and activity managementAttention to detail, curious, persistence, and a willingness to never give up on the chaseA mindset to experiment and try different sourcing and engagement tacticsWhy us?
