Ericsson Global Shared Service Center is growing! We are looking for a Team Lead for Talent Management Delivery to provide support to the Leadership Development Programs TM Practice through a team of HR Delivery Specialists. Support and initiate quality and process improvement ensure efficiency in operations and cost while maintaining good customer experience. Perform analysis and suggest improvements on processes and tools. Run and participate in HR Delivery projects. Manage agreed local vendors.
You will
Lead a group of HR Administrators and Delivery Specialists in handling the end-to-end administration of Global Leadership Development Programs.
Deliver Talent Management services according Service Delivery Agreement.
Provide functional expertise.
Provide project support as well as HR delivery and data.
Collaborate with Program owners, and Talent Management Heads.
To be successful in the role you must have
Bachelor's degree, preferably within Human Resources or relevant experience within required area
Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in HR Delivery and leadership.
Above averageexhibit critical thinkingpresentation and communication skills.
Proactive, service-oriented mind-set.
Advanced analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.(automation and app development using MS Power Apps an advantage).
Display core values such as uncompromising integrity, perseverance, professionalism and respect.
