We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Diversity Equity and Inclusion Practice team as aDEI Employee Networks Program Coordinator (C11) based in Mumbai/Manila. The incumbent will work with employee resource groups / networks across Asia, Australia, Middle East and Africa.

Job Summary:
DEI Employee Networks Program Coordinatorwill play a pivotal role in advancing Citi's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. The incumbent will collaborate with various stakeholders to create business plans, monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure the program is aligned with the bank's strategic objectives and governance requirements. The incumbent will work closely with Network Leaders, the DEI Network Program Manager and Global DEI and Talent Management team to ensure smooth governance.

Key Responsibilities:
·Business Planning:Develop business plans along with representatives of different Networks around the globe for DEI initiatives, identifying key milestones and success metrics.
·Program Governance:Oversee the governance of DEI programs, ensuring they are on track, meet their objectives, and align with Citi's broader strategic goals.
·Budget Management:Track and manage program expenses, seeking necessary approvals for expenditures and ensuring all activities stay within budget.
·Expense Approvals:Review and allocate budget for expenses related to DEI programs, ensuring they align with established budgets and strategic goals.
·Data Analysis:Utilize strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance DEI efforts.
·Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of DEI initiatives to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
·Skills:
oStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and reporting.
oExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
oUnderstanding of budgeting and financial management principles is good to have.
oStrong organizational and project management skills.
oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Experience with DEI initiatives or a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion is highly desirable.
