Talent Development role is critical in driving performance through training and development efforts. The role scales up a learning mechanism that influences engagement and performance to enrich knowledge, skills, and even the attitude of Angkas employees ensuring higher capability levels and raises the bar for the entire workforce. She/he leads DEI efforts and collaborates with Angkas leaders to promote a sense of belongingness and build an inclusive workplace. The role strategically creates unified and consistent communication within the organization keeping in mind the Angkas brand that is not only funny, but also purposeful.
Works closely with managers and employees to support talent development / training and development engagements, Builds collaborative relationships with other functions, operations and stakeholders to gather information, feedback and earn support. Strategically plans for monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual activities for talent development / training and development engagements Considers the costs of planned programs and showcases creativity by working within budget. Delivers and develops effective new hire induction programs Leads and owns written communications to stakeholders. Including but not limited to creation of teasers and email announcements, training catalogue. Writes messages for staffing and leaders to convey changes, issues, successes and stories related to each process. Resolves issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision Designs and executes training decks in alignment with Angkas' Brand and Core Values Review and organize training plans? design and develop training programs for corporate? HR training and so on Prepare appropriate training methods per case? including simulations? mentoring? on the job training? professional development classes and so on Inform employees about available training opportunities to and provide necessary information Perform needs assessment on an entire organization level and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed Implement accepted education principles and explore new training methods and techniques Develop educational aids and materials / source out external programs or subject matter experts Review and analyze instructional effectiveness and prepare reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design Manage curriculum database and training records Create internal pool of training facilitators and organize train-the-trainer sessions for them Oversee in-house training facilities and equipment / oversee outsourced training engagements Rolls up his/her leads to support other function of the talent development and engagement teams Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Org Devt/Org Communication/Psychology/Education/HR and other related courses 3 years of executive experience in marketing, learning program management, training facilitation Working knowledge of Google Workspace Knows how to use Canva as a free platform to design marketing materials Highly organized in creating sustainable systems and repeatable models to support the department's operations Highly analytical and insightful in making sense of gathered data to inform the department's further value add Engaging and credible class facilitation Why join Angkas?
