Talent Coordinator

Job Description:

- Will report to Talent Manager
- help the talent manager with regards to Talent/KOL recommendation and acquisition for projects.
- Talent management and coordination.
- Monitoring of Projects and execution of talents deliverables.
- Management and monitoring of Talent performance.
- Development of post-mortem reports per project/client.
- Coordinating with talents, internal colleagues and possibly client.
Qualifications:

- Must be a Personable, Sociable personality, with excellent communications skills.
- With Negotiation skills specially on talent rates.
- Knowledgeable in using MS office / computer literate.
- Strong Attention to Details.
- Can work Independently with mínimal supervision from his/her supervisor.
- Ability o be successful in a virtual team environment.
- Graduate of communications Arts, marketing, Business ad or any related courses.
- With someone who work with talents, influencers, celebrity, gamers, shoutcasters, caster or in the game industry or esports is a plus but not required.
