Organizational StrategyAssessment and SuccessionTalent AcquisitionLeadership DevelopmentTotal RewardsPOSITION SUMMARY To ensure the delivery of strong potential candidate pipelines for all Korn Ferry recruitment service lines through direct and indirect candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimization and proactive development of talent pools. To achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall success and positive image of Korn Ferry through candidate and client interaction. At all times demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior & personal integrity.
Positive and proactive communication with peers and colleagues, generosity of knowledge and experience sharing and building effective relationships within and across the business. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management and customer focus and responsiveness to remote client-facing activity. Talent Consultants are subject matter experts around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain knowledge of key client organizations in the target countries, monitor and analyze industry changes.Conduct interactions with internal & external clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner.Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.Participate in role briefing with client and contribute to sourcing strategy & process.Identify potential business opportunities from sourcing conversations with candidates.Process Management & Sourcing Follow agreed client recruitment process for RPO or project recruitment delivery.Follow KF global recruitment process.Create & execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements.Provide insights to the onsite solutions team and work together to deliver the solutions within agreed KPIs/SLAs.Use competency success profiles to identify and differentiate candidates.Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients in an off-site environment.Candidate Relationship Management Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition.Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process.Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals of other candidates.Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback.Policy & Procedures Follow documented Korn Ferry systems/policies/office procedures.When on-site, follow documented client systems/policies/office procedures.Follow necessary approval/sign-off process for leave, travel, expenses and expenditure.Provide information for internal reporting and update systems on timely basis.People and Culture Self-manage own performance and accept responsibility for own learning.Provide and accept feedback.Behave in line with values & support positive team environment.Look for opportunities to help others and contribute to broader business goals.Attend, participate and collaborate in all relevant KF/KFI meetings, & initiatives.Other duties as assigned.
