Job Summary: Talent Services (TS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Reporting & Analysis, Learning Administration, Global Mobility and Talent Development (Performance Management) support to EY member firms. TS provides services to country, sub-area, area and global people teams and other EY stakeholders involved in HR, L&D and recruiting transactions and associated administration, reporting and people infrastructure. These services are delivered from our centres in Kerala and Bangalore, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines. TS team delivers consistent, high-quality and operationally efficient HR transactional services to EY through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centres.
TA² (Recruitment) VTH supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Recruitment team.
VTH works in a fully integrated way with onshore Recruitment colleagues participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team. The Team supports the region in performing operational and administrative tasks to allow the onshore team to focus on consultative and strategic activities based on the priorities of the Region.
The role's main responsibilities are supporting the relevant Leads and (TA2) specialists in the successful delivery of market-leading recruitment activity with a focus on providing a best-in-class candidate experience and ensuring adherence to compliance and process.
Responsibilities may typically include assisting with recruitment planning and logistics, reporting and system updates, candidate management including screening and talent pooling, coordinating logistics for international hires, onboarding activities and referral programs ensuring compliance to processes and procedures and also delivering elements of recruiting operations.
Shift: Aligned to the shift timings/schedule of the Region
Essential Functions of the Job: Responsibilities: • Support preparation of job templates, job postings and pre-screening criteria based on business requisitions
• Conduct timely candidate management on the relevant recruitment system and coordinate with vendors/shared services
• Oversee maintenance and updates of the online application process, administration of testing/HireVue, maintaining recruitment files and documents
• Act as point person for candidate enquiries and/or business enquiries
• Assist with providing candidate feedback
• Provide support with managing and tracking employee referrals
• Support with coordinating reference checks, gathering background information from a compliance perspective
• Ensure recruitment systems accurately reflect recruitment activity
• Managing the posting of job advertisements
• Assist with collating documents to support visa immigration/submission process
• Provide assistance with responding to candidate queries and providing a high level of candidate care
• Helping to ensure the smooth onboarding of new joiners
• Assist with operational Reporting
• Manage compliance with all EY policies and guidelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and consistent delivery of an exceptional candidate experience

Job Requirements: Education: • Bachelor's degree, preference will be given for those with HR Specialisation
Experience: • Minimum of 4 + years of progressive work experience
• Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment, preferred
• Working in international and diverse environments
