**Qualifications**:
- With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology and/or related field.
- With at least three (3) years solid and comprehensive experience of the same capacity.
- Has experience and knowledge of HR processes, systems and tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle.
- In-depth experience in competency and skills analysis and training development methodology and strategies.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural and shared services environment is an advantage but not required.
- Has willingness and ability to proactively collaborate and communicate within the team and stakeholders

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Assist in Leadership Program initiatives, evaluation and analysis related to learning and employee experience and other relevant developmental training.
- Responsible in follow up, monitoring of progress, coordination, communication with course provider, and participants monitors progress of the program.
- Ensure appropriate administration of programs, certificates, reports and matrixes.
- Responsible in registration of course events and participants in Cornerstone/ProPeople or any relevant systems, as needed.
- Assist in quality control facilitation and update of end-user work instructions for relevant processes.
- Facilitate the administration of Performance Appraisal Cycle by monitoring compliance and follow up.
- Create, launch and administrate surveys and other applicable/authorize surveys of the company.
- Support in training survey, post assessment and evaluation report.
- Support in system structure of data capture, reporting for relevant programs and processes.
- Prepare, gather create statistical report related to KPIs, through use of Power BI, Cornerstone and related systems reports.
- Support in continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization.
- Support on talent and development topics and employee experience processes.
- Contribute in digital transformation and adoption to enhance employee experience and HR communications.
- Assist in employee branding, when applicable.
- Assist in publishing of articles and announcements in Intranet (Pulse), when needed.
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
