Resource will manage agent hiring for the site.
Team Management: 3-5 FT recruiters
At least a year of supervisory experience (call center company)
Must have experience in driving volume hiring with average monthly hiring requirements of 200-250
Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
Preferably with experience in launches (new logos)
Preferably with experience on attrition analysis and action plans related to hiring.
Work Set Up: Onsite
Location: Makati

Direct Supervisor: TA Manager
