Job Function: Responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for positions under the assigned business unit/zone/hub account.Responsibilities:· Source required talents· Select the identified potential fit· Onboard talent· Create special projects on sourcing channels and recruiting events· Manage reports and feedbackQualifications:· Graduate with a bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management & Development· TA Specialist (Supervisory level) of at least 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience**· TA Assistant (R & F level) with 0-2 years or TA Specialist (Supervisory level) of at least 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience;**
