Job Responsibilities: Creates and publishes job ads in various recruitment portals.Collaborates with the hiring managers to set experience and qualification profiles for future
employees.
Coordinates with recruitment vendors to ensure timely closure of employee requests.Screens resumes and job applications and conducts initial phone screens to create shortlists of
qualified candidates.
Tracks hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.Designs, distributes, and measures the results of candidate experience surveys.Advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.Follows up with candidates throughout the hiring process.Maintains a database of potential candidates for future job openings.Recommends ways to improve our employer brand. Job Requirements: BA in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration, or relevant field PaAt least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Supervisor, or Recruitment ConsultantHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databasesUnderstanding of general human resources/recruitment policies and proceduresOutstanding knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication and people skillsAptitude in problem-solvingDesire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approachDoes not go with the flow and have the desire to bring change/improvement to the organizationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAmenable to onsite work
