At least five (5) years of Recruitment experience At least two years of experience recruiting high volume, commission only positions Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience in ATS/Recruiting tools, search engines, job boards Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced and results driven environment What will you do? Develop, create & research recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through heavy field recruiting, referrals and internet tools. Explore new ideas and new methods of reaching new candidates. Maintains company staffing levels & understands company staffing strategies. Recruit to create bench within the organization & make recommendations on candidates for career growth. Coordinates all aspects of the recruiting process for exempt, non-exempt & commission staff including but not limited to, screening resumes from all recruiting sources, initial phone screening, conducting first interview meetings, schedule additional interviews, extending offers and closing positions. Organize and maintain accurate information and documents of all activities related to prospects, clients, and candidates. Complete necessary pre-employment processes including I-9 management, offer letters, background check process, hiring in HRIS system and additional onboarding items as needed. Understands compensation plans, and bonus and incentive structures. Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting "best practices", works with Leadership to identify, top talent and skill set for staffing requirements.
