**Your day to day** Job Summary**:
This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Leads to support the delivery of all aspects of Corporate and Reservations Talent Acquisition processes as required.
The role will also provide coordination and administrative support to ensure delivery of key people priorities year on year.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Handle a diverse requisition load of volume roles with assigned start dates.
- Preparing & posting job adverts to IHG Careers on the MyRecruit (Lumesse TalentLink) system.
- Preparing & posting job adverts to IHG Careers on the MyRecruit (Lumesse TalentLink) system.
- Market mapping utilising LinkedIn & Social Media to gain insight & identify future talent
- Creating & deploying relevant content via digital and social media messaging in support of attracting and engaging external talent to IHG's employer brand
- Pro-actively support sourcing DE&I talent to support IHG's growth plans
- Build strong partnership and collaboration with hiring leadership and HR Business Partner teams.
Update Leaders and Training teams on key decisions made throughout the class hiring timelines.
Ensure regular communication to provide updates on status and progress toward targets
- Manage recruitment reports and recruitment data for report generation.
Update Monthly Hiring reporting and all spreadsheets.
Manage all TA shared documents in local drive and sharepoints
- Builds out data analytics capability to help define and establish key recruiting success metrics and key performance indicators that drive optimal staffing performance
- Ensure hiring process align with SOX compliance
**What we need from you** Education -**
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
**Experience -**
2+ years of HR, Recruiting and/or Sourcing related experience with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position.
Prefer experience in a recruiting / resourcing functions.
Previous call/contact center or other volume hiring experience preferred.
**Technical Skills and Knoweledge -**
- Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective analytical/assessment skills and strong consultative skills to advise and guide hiring managers/applicants
- Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems - (Lumesse TalentLink preferred)
- Experience delivering in a high touch, high service resourcing function.
Able to juggle multiple responsibilities while meeting or exceeding department SLAs
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and data safe manner
- Strong PC skills (to include knowledge of MS Office software package)
