Job Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in iGaming, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and execute full-cycle recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities: -Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for iGaming positions.
-Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
-Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for roles within the iGaming industry.
-Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
-Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.
-Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
-Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice in the iGaming industry.
-Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other talent acquisition-related activities to expand the company's talent pipeline.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the iGaming industry or a similar fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Solid understanding of the iGaming industry, including key players, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent through innovative recruiting strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist, ideally with iGaming industry experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.
