About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for planning, strategizing and implementing the recruitment & selection process for each Volenday Group Function. This role will act as a critical advisor to key stakeholders, to help them understand the talent market, what is possible, as well as how they might organize their teams to meet their objectives.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Delivery
This position is expected to hire position requirements which vary from Junior, Managerial & Executive Level positions for both Volenday Groups and its Clients.Fulfill most job requirements for both Volenday Groups and its Clients within 60 calendar days.Establish a 70% offer acceptance rate.Maintain a 3:1 ratio of shortlisted candidates per job requirement.Assess the financial efficiency of the processes, systems and communication for both Volenday Groups and its Clients.Collaborate with each Executive Director of the Volenday Groups and its Clients to understand and plan each group's resource needs.Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to attract top-tier candidates.Build and maintain a talent pipeline integrating the same into a tool or system.Coordinate with each Executive Director of the Volenday Groups and its Clients to draft compelling and accurate role specifications.Support HR in succession planning and organizational design. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring for Junior, Managerial, and Executive Level positions.Proven track record in meeting hiring targets and deadlines, specifically fulfilling most job requirements within 60 calendar days.In-depth knowledge of various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.Ability to develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Expertise in developing a strong employer brand to attract top talent.Skill in creating engaging content on social media and optimizing job descriptions to reflect company values.
