**Your Role**
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, selection, and job offer)
- Coordinate hiring activities, using sales and marketing techniques to find talent
- Coordinates with the hiring manager to further calibrate and provide the right talent
- Prepare and post job ads online-Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g.
interview cancellations)
**Qualifications**
- At least one year of experience in recruitment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and take direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office systems
- Knowledge of Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets (optional)
- Willing to work in a rotational shift environment
- Willing to work onsite
