Job Summary: Responsible for managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process, working closely with the Talent Acquisition developing appropriate strategies and initiatives to ensure that the Bank attracts and recruits the best suitable talents for identified vacancies of the assigned business units.
How will you contribute: Provides advisory and strategic support functions to the business unit heads on matters relating to manpower planning, talent sourcing, hiring standards, and other activities to ensure efficient use of resources and effective delivery of manpower requirements.Identifies appropriate activities to source candidates for various vacancies and effectively utilize the Bank's sourcing channels, which include referrals, online, walk-in, project hire and OJT pool, and university recruitment.Conducts in-depth HR interview as part of due diligence and know-your-client process and administers pre-employment online test for qualified candidates, as necessary.Completes pre-requisites prior to extending job offer, such as request for and review of NFIS, compensation information, etc.Analyzes compensation details and prepares job offer sheet for review of the Talent Acquisition Head and approval of the HRG Head.Facilitates job offer and salary negotiation with candidates.Prepares all hiring documents of identified candidates for presentation to and approval of Corporate Governance, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors, as deemed necessary. Generates periodic recruitment reports for sending to hiring managers and initiates the analysis of various outcomes vs established procedures and hiring standards.Assists the Division Head in the review and updating of talent acquisition-related policies, manuals, and processes.Recommends process improvements based on analytics reports and review sessions with hiring managers.Performs lead functions for assigned projects / strategic undertakings of the Division. Submits progress/completion reports to the Division Heads and ensures seamless implementation of approved specialist projects.What will make you successful: Preferably a graduate of Behavioral Science or Psychology.Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in sourcing, selection, onboarding and client / account management.Hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, testing, sourcing and selection.Significant exposure with social media, resume databases and professional networks.Familiarity with relevant employment law.#LI-CTO
