**What We Offer**:- Starting Pay Rate: $ 7/hr- Performance-based Merit Increase after 6 consecutive active months- Performance-based Annual Appraisal- $25 Monthly Internet Subsidy after 3 consecutive active months- HMO Subsidy or Coverage after 6 consecutive active months**Responsibilities**:- Building strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs- Building partnerships with alumni associations, colleges, and job boards- Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, etc.)- Participating in and hosting recruitment events for driving our company's awareness- Forecasting our future hiring needs on the basis of our business growth strategies- Implementing offline as well as online employer branding initiatives- Preparing, reviewing, and monitoring our annual budget for recruitment**Requirements**:- Excellent English oral and written communication skills- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases- Complete work-from-home equipment (Laptop/PC, Headset, at least 10 Mbps internet connection, with a backup internet connection)Pay: From Php370.00 per hour**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- Performance bonusShift availability:- Overnight Shift (required)
