What is your mission?
- Team Management: Oversee the agent hiring team on administrative and management level.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective relationships with Operations/Business Units.
- Reporting: Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly productivity by maintaining hiring related reports.
- Recruitment Operations: Oversee the recruitment process as carried out by the team.
- Recruitment Operations: Ensure delivery of target class headcount for multiple programs or specific sites.
- Onboarding: May assist with onboarding functions as required.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- College Graduate with a Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years related experience preferably gained in the same industry performing the same function, 2 years of which in a leadership capacity.
- Extensive experience in competency profiling, interview skills, and behavioral assessment and multiple assessment methodologies.
- Excellent relationship management and business partnering skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Has excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Can work with mínimal supervision.
- Flexible and can work on shifting/rotating schedules as needed.
