Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a talent outsourcing manager.
This person has must be good on the following.
At least 1 year supervisory to managerial position level
With full cycle recruiting, finding resumes online such as social media, doing initial interviews, setting up interviews with clients.
Must have BPO recruitment experience especially for international pioneer accounts
Must be willing to work as individual contributor
Preferably can thrive in a start up environment.
Must be willing to work at home with benefits.
