Talent Acquisition- Lead Recruitment

Job Overview
We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead who work closely with our recruiters to manage
sourcing, interviewing and employment processes along with hiring for leadership roles and ensure we
hire qualified employees to meet our organizations current and future needs.
This role will be reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition and will work closely with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources will be preferredProven work experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Recruiting Supervisor or similar
role with high volume (BPO preferred)
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Resume Databases, and HR DatabasesExperience with sourcing techniquesUnderstanding of BFSI industry and hands-on experience in data analysisSolid verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of hiring in the BFSI industryAdvanced excel and presentation making skillsExperience with interviews, candidate screening, and evaluationFamiliarity with social media and other professional networksExcellent verbal and written communication, team management skills and strong decision making ski
