Qualifications & experience Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management or any related course Excellent customer-facing and interaction skills Excellent communication skills; spoken and written Excellent software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Above average exposure in Recruitment System such as ATS and CRM Tasks & responsibilities Provide strategic direction in the development and implementation of all acquisition and pipeline strategies including candidate experience and innovative employer branding projects Advise on best practice hiring methodology, recruitment and search procedures, candidate sourcing and management, selection and screening tools, cultural fit assessments and employee engagement and referral programs Design creative social recruitment strategies that elevate the company brand & EVP Leverage workforce analytics to support the needs of the company and drive continuous improvement Lead the Acquisition team to ensure achievement of all Acquisition performance targets and individual targets Coaching, developing and mentoring HR team members in Acquisition best practice Maintaining cost effective SLA's with preferred agency suppliers; re-negotiating SLA's as required Ensuring the Acquisition Strategy is in line with HR Strategy and wider DPDHL Strategy Strategise with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define, design and implement acquisition and workforce planning solutions to drive individual, team and business effectiveness Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
