Job OverviewA Recruitment Assistant supports the recruitment arrangements of the company by coordinating hiring, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidates' databases.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in formulating and updating job descriptions.Create and publish job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.Responsible for advertising vacancies internally to encourage referrals.Track hiring metrics, including time to hire, time to fill, and source of hire.Conduct initial interviews through phone calls, online platforms, or in-person to create a shortlist of qualified applicants.Schedule and coordinate interviews with recruitment managers and candidates.Ensure that fair employment practices are implemented.Conduct professional background checks and prepare a candidate profile.Assist in the onboarding process of successful applicants, including the scheduling of new hire orientation with the HR Supervisor.Make sure all pre-employment requirements documents are complete prior to a new hire's start date.Maintains integrity and confidentiality among HR files, records, and processes.Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsGraduate of a BS in Business Administration, a BS in Psychology, or any bachelor's degreeWith at least one (1) year of experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.Knowledgeable about different recruitment portalsUnderstanding of other HR facets is an advantage.Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
