Qualifications-Bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology, or similar.-Preferably with 1 year experience in related field.-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply-Knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus-Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.-Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Job Specifications-Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs-Determine selection criteria-Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)-Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews-Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System-Lead employer branding initiatives-Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
