• Post Job Openings and source corresponding candidates.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Monitor application status and coordinate activities of candidates.
Job Requirements:
• With at least one year of experience related to recruitment
• Proficient in MS Office Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Well versed in Internet Research / Computer Savvy
• With excellent communication skills - oral and written (both Tagalog and English)
• Keen to details
• Can work independently and as a team
