The TAR (Talent Acquisition Representative) supports recruiting teams by coordinating hiring activities, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases. TAR shall assist in handling administrative tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process. What will your job look like? -Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative duties and providing back-end support. -Assist in arranging for scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for both interviewers/Hiring Managers and candidates. -Helping with initial applicant screening and sourcing -Partner with TAPs to build and implement sourcing strategies to build candidate pipeline. -Quickly resolving concerns such as interview cancellations. -Assist in recruitment for any communications or mailings to be sent to the candidates. -Maintain a database of contacts. -Assist in generating reports: interview schedule reports, candidate screening reports, etc. -Assist with TA related initiatives and activities e.g. Webinars, Roadshows, Career Fairs, Virtual sessions -Assist in ensuring the completion of various relevant Audit requirements within defined timelines, to ensure statutory compliance -Continuously have to coordinate, prioritize and follow up very detailed different administrative activities as Interviews Scheduling, coordination, etc. -Perform other related duties.
