As a Talent Acquisition and Insights Partner, you will be responsible for:
Partnering with global business units to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Leveraging market research, data analysis, and industry knowledge to identify and source top talent pools. Embedding DEI in the TA and Leadership recruitment activities. Developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates (e.g. employer branding, social media recruiting, attending industry events). Analyzing recruitment data to identify areas of improvement and optimize the performance of recruitment activity for your assigned business unit. Developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with business leaders and act as talent consultant. Staying current on industry trends and best practices in your industry segment.
