Job HighlightsTo achieve business targets for the Taiwan Region.
Oversee office operations & business development.
Supervise and control AR & AP, comply with local law.
Excellent English and Mandarin speaker.
Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and oversee Sales, Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, Accounts, and HR & Admin Departments to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.Oversee the sales team's activities and opportunities, identify target customers, and convert them into clients.Develop and implement strategic sales strategies aligned with company goals to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.Requirements:Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines.Minimum of 10 years' management experience in the NVOCC business.Ability to enhance business.Excellent command of English & Mandarin.Excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solver, and exceptional motivational leader.Benefits: 5 days work per week, 13 months salary, bonus, medical.
