Position Details:

Location: Taguig - BGC
Campaign: Local Financial
Schedule: Shifting Schedule, Onsite

Job Description:

Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Address credit card inquiries and concerns, including requests for annual membership fee waivers, billing, charges, card delivery, and other credit card-related items.
Communicate with customers in Filipino or Taglish.

Qualifications (Non-negotiable):

Must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary education (undergraduate, associate, or diploma programs).
At least 3 months of call center experience. Experience in chat/email support or jobs involving phone communication such as telemarketing or collections in a lending company is also considered.
Communication Skills Requirements:

Clear and understandable pronunciation with no regional accent.
Confidence, good listening skills, effective comprehension, and relevant answering and explaining skills.


Schedule:

Shifting Schedule
Training may be in the graveyard shift for 2 months.
Post-training schedule varies between 6 AM and 12 MN.
Two consecutive rest days guaranteed (weekends off not guaranteed).

Salary:
Monthly Package: 19,500 PHP
15k basic pay
2.5k meal and rice allowance
2k performance-based allowance
