Tagalog Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tagalog tutor to help students learn and master the Tagalog language. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Tagalog, both spoken and written, and a passion for teaching. The tutor will work with students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners, and help them achieve their language goals.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.Develop customized lesson plans based on individual student needs and goals.Teach Tagalog grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills.Provide feedback on student progress and suggest areas for improvement.Create engaging learning activities and materials.Help students prepare for exams or proficiency tests.Foster a positive and supportive learning environment. Requirements: Proficiency in Tagalog, including strong grammar and conversational skills.Prior experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a language context.Excellent communication skills and patience.Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and skill levels.A degree in education, linguistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.Ability to use online platforms for virtual tutoring sessions, if applicable. Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching Tagalog to non-native speakers.Knowledge of Filipino culture and context to enhance language learning.Certification in teaching or language education.
