Ta Sourcing Specialist

**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**:

- Build strong and impactful partnerships with all sourcing channel organizations, institutions, and vendors showcasing Boldr culture and TA branding.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
- Attends and participates in job fairs and other recruitment events

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of sourcing experience
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g.
recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Preferably with a Targeted Selection certificate or any equivalent certification.
- Preferably with experience in outsourcing, staffing, start-up, or tech company.
- A great communicator in both written and verbal mediums
- An eye for profiling and spotting people who are not only skills fit but a culture fit as well.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- The willingness and ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
