Systems Implementation Specialist (Urgent!)

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Scoping**:

- Work closely with Sales and Business Development key people and attend meetings with clients to identify scope of their implementation requirements
- Data Gathering

**Consulting**:

- Identify and translate customer requirements into solutions.
- Must learn detailed knowledge of industry's best practices.
**Facilitate End-User Training and User Acceptance Test**:

- Conduct training with key users
- Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on ERIC products to clients and team-members
- Provide On-site Client Support

**Project Documentation, Analysis, and Reports**:

- Must be able to work on multiple projects and efficiently implement ERIC successfully
- Document and validate business requirements

**Job Qualification**
- At least 6 months of working experience is preferred but **FRESH GRADUATES are WELCOME TO APPLY!

- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer relations with good service orientation
- Enjoys travelling as the job requires extensive mobility
- 5 Full-Time position(s) available.

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
