In this role you will develop software and system architecture while ensuring alignment with the Application Services standards.Main Responsibilities- Point person for all Chatbot related technical activities- Coordinate with vendor for all technical related concerns: Design, Implementation, Configuration- Should oversee and manage the deployment of all components within SLF.- Represent the change in CAB- Should make sure that the best practices are implemented- Will do the code/configuration review- Support issues encountered in all environments- Create clear documentations for the design/code/config**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree in IT or related field of study.- Experience with NLU/NLP Preferred: Dialogflow- Minimum of 5 years experience as Systems Analyst- Minimum of 1 year experience with implementing and maintaining a chatbot solution- Knowledgeable in REST APIs/Webhooks- Experienced with Python/Flask/Java- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- Ability to lead a team effectively- Ability to work on tight deadlines.- Experience with Agile (Scrum or Kanban) or Waterfall- Experienced in Working with any Postgre/Oracle/MSSQL- Preferred to have experienced with JIRA/Bitbucket/Jenkins/CI/CD- Amenable to work in a Hybrid work set up**Job Category**:IT - Application Development**Posting End Date**:
